These Terms of Service govern your use of StreamStock, a free fantasy trading game where users buy and sell virtual streamer stocks.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using StreamStock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Entertainment Only
StreamStock is a game. Virtual currency, virtual streamer stocks, rankings, portfolios, and prices are for entertainment purposes only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, withdrawn, or sold for cash.
No Financial Advice
StreamStock does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as real financial guidance.
User Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login information secure. You agree not to access another user's account or attempt to bypass platform security.
User Conduct
When using StreamStock, you agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior.
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or abusive traffic.
- Manipulate trades, prices, leaderboards, or rewards unfairly.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
Platform Changes
StreamStock may update game rules, pricing formulas, rewards, portfolios, streamer listings, features, or balances at any time to improve the game, fix bugs, or maintain fairness.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exploit the platform, or harm the StreamStock community.
Streamer and Twitch Data
StreamStock may use public streamer information and Twitch API data to power gameplay. StreamStock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch unless explicitly stated.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that StreamStock will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. The platform may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.
Limitation of Liability
StreamStock is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses, damages, or issues arising from use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StreamStock after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
